Thomson Scientific is pleased to announce the development of the new, Web-based ISI Web of Knowledge Usage Reporting System. Developed in response to feedback from our valued customers, this enhanced system provides interactive Web access to reporting at both the portal and individual resource levels.

With the enhanced ISI Web of Knowledge Usage Reporting System, you will be able to:

• Access, download and manage usage data at both the portal and individual resource levels - with a convenient ID and password
• View monthly usage data, which will have the capability to archive information from the most recent three years
• Use predefined formats that also display graphic representations of the data
• View data at various levels of detail, such as in summary tabular form or by IP address
• Download data in a variety of formats, including HTML, or export to a spreadsheet application
• Create customized reports that will allow for flexibility in your reporting needs
• Meet current and emerging standards for reporting usage data, such as ICOLC and COUNTER
